Dear Customer,

We will be doing a planned maintenance on our internal infrastructure, in alignment with an AWS update. This will be done in the following window:

- 30/01/2022 22:30 - 23:00 UTC+11 (30/01/2022 11:30 - 12:00 UTC+0)

This is specifically relating to infrastructure for our Web Portal, as well as API. There are no planned outages or disruptions during this window.
